A wealth of experience for our wine consultants
Our consultants have worked with more than 90 grape varieties — both indigenous and international — across a range of terroirs, producing every wine style demanded by today’s consumers: red, white, rosé, claret, orange, dessert, and sparkling. They have encountered diverse viticultural practices and winemaking techniques, many of which can be adapted to other regions.
This diversity is our strength. While each project begins with defining and producing the client’s own wines, the breadth of our experience enriches our expertise and sharpens our recommendations. Take water management, for instance: a pressing issue in the face of climate change. Some regions, particularly in the drier Mediterranean, have faced this challenge for much longer than others — and the solutions they have developed now benefit clients facing similar challenges today.
