Born and raised in Aquitaine, Frédéric complemented his oenology degree from the University of Bordeaux with a master’s in vineyard management — a solid grounding for understanding the global challenges of the wine industry. He quickly became part of the company’s core team and is now well-placed to analyse the evolution of wine consulting. Frédéric defines strategies in a constantly changing industry, a pace fully embraced by our consultancy.

Adapt Rather Than Replace

He develops strategies for a constantly evolving wine industry, a rhythm that our consultancy understands and embraces. Committed to adaptation rather than replacement, Frédéric Massie is deeply attached to local winegrowing traditions. He is also remarkably knowledgeable about bird migration patterns, able, for example, to explain how the Eurasian woodcock now completes its migration in Gironde.
