Léo Baillet
An explorer at heart, Léo combines technical curiosity with a keen ear, seeking deep understanding to help estates express their individuality.
Originally from Sainte-Croix-du-Mont, he is a viticulture and oenology engineer and holds a National Oenology Diploma (DNO). He enjoys discovering new wine regions and learning from both the field and his peers. He champions a holistic view of the profession, providing the perspective needed to guide estates with precision.
A footballer and surfer, he can’t resist roast chicken with a glass of Barsac.
Léo advises estates from Médoc to Burgundy, including Bergerac, Gaillac, and the Graves.
