Yari’s passion and infectious energy bring a dynamic approach to viticulture, blending enthusiasm with precision.
Italian by both heart and training, he joined Derenoncourt Vignerons Consultants in 2023 after experience in Tuscany and Saint-Émilion. Curious and open-minded, he loves discovering new terroirs and the human stories that shape each parcel. He thrives on revealing the intimate bond between vine and soil, making it tangible in every glass.
True to his roots, he has a soft spot for Nebbiolo, the landscapes of Chianti, and a rich risotto paired with Etna Rosso.
Yari advises estates in Italy, Bordeaux, Languedoc, the Agen region, and the Cucugnan Valley.

Pauline Lagarde

Open, dynamic, and committed, Pauline brings a fresh perspective to guide estates in preserving biodiversity.
An agronomist from the Landes, she first worked in the Rhône Valley before settling in Bordeaux. A specialist in plant-health strategies, she champions sustainable agriculture and now leads the environmental division.
Passionate about nature and driven by curiosity, she supports estates in long-term transitions.
She is especially fond of the landscapes and complex terroirs of Sancerre, and enjoys a crisp Chablis with young Beaufort cheese.
Pauline works with estates in Bordeaux, the Loire, and the Rhône Valley.

Organised and environmentally aware, Stella brings a thoughtful, responsible approach to viticulture, combining method with a firm commitment to sustainability.
A Bordeaux native with a strong background in biochemistry and vine sciences, she specialises in environmental viticulture. She supports estates in biodiversity and organic farming with a structured yet sensitive approach. Optimistic and adaptable, she relishes the variety of her work and contributes to discussions on the vineyard’s future in the face of climate change.
A fan of Chardonnay and Riesling, she often pairs scallops with a fine white wine.
Stella advises estates in Saint-Émilion, Bergerac, Graves, and Côtes de Castillon.

Loïc Biais

Energetic and solution-driven, Loïc tackles challenges with pragmatism, turning constraints into opportunities for continuous improvement.
An agronomist and oenologist from Bordeaux, he joined the team in 2021 after working in California and his native region. Curious and committed, he embraces the broader vision of each estate, embodying the company’s philosophy of starting from the soil to craft sincere, sustainable wines.
A Cabernet Sauvignon enthusiast, he remains deeply attached to the diversity of Bordeaux terroirs.
Outside work, when not playing hockey, he enjoys grilled sea bass with a Pessac-Léognan white.
Loïc advises estates in Bordeaux and Cahors, as well as in Turkey, Romania, and Belgium.

Originally from Germany, she settled in Bordeaux in 2008, joining the team with a strong sense of collective spirit. She values equality, exchange, and the cultural and technical diversity at Derenoncourt Vignerons Consultants. A strong advocate of eco-responsible viticulture, she promotes approaches that integrate biodiversity and ecosystem balance.
A Riesling enthusiast, she seeks in wine both emotion and a true expression of place. Convinced that the role of the winemaker deserves greater recognition, she works towards a meaningful, sustainable vision of viticulture.

Léo Baillet

An explorer at heart, Léo combines technical curiosity with a keen ear, seeking deep understanding to help estates express their individuality.
Originally from Sainte-Croix-du-Mont, he is a viticulture and oenology engineer and holds a National Oenology Diploma (DNO). He enjoys discovering new wine regions and learning from both the field and his peers. He champions a holistic view of the profession, providing the perspective needed to guide estates with precision.
A footballer and surfer, he can’t resist roast chicken with a glass of Barsac.
Léo advises estates from Médoc to Burgundy, including Bergerac, Gaillac, and the Graves.

Benjamin Massie

A natural team-builder with a contagious good humour, Benjamin fosters connections that enrich every collaboration.
A Bordeaux native, he joined the team after winemaking experience in Australia and an internship at Domaine de l’A. He thrives on the diversity of estates and the challenge of tailoring techniques to each context. Curious and upbeat, he has a particular fondness for Cabernet Franc and the wealth of Bordeaux terroirs.
He advises Bordeaux estates on both Left and Right Banks, as well as in Provence, Portugal, and Morocco.
When not fishing or sailing, he enjoys cooking squid with Espelette pepper, paired with a glass of Cabernet Franc.

She holds a double degree — a Master’s in Marketing (ESSCA) and a Master’s in International Vintage (ESA Angers), specialising in oenology, viticulture, and wine trade — embodying a hybrid profile at the crossroads of technical and strategic dimensions. With over 10 years’ experience in the wine industry, Sarah has developed sharp insight into branding, storytelling, and influence in a constantly evolving sector. She contributes at every stage of communication. Beyond vineyards, Sarah is passionate about diving, sailing, travel, and gastronomy. She nurtures a close bond with nature, taste, and transmission — values she brings into her work each day.

After gaining experience at a Corsican vineyard, she joined Derenoncourt Vignerons Consultants’ communications and events team in 2025. She manages visibility initiatives including tastings, editorial content, social media, and estate support. Sociable and creative, Elisa values clarity of message and consistency of branding. A travel enthusiast, she finds in wine a world where curiosity, knowledge-sharing, and teamwork meet.

A fan of Champagne and traditional cuisine, she enjoys exploring wine in all its diversity. Laetitia works alongside Françoise in the Sainte-Colombe office.

Persistent and spontaneous. A native of Saint-Émilion, Céline handles accounting with rigour and versatility from the Sainte-Colombe office. She enjoys the variety of figures and casework while staying attentive to a team she finds as dynamic as it is diverse. A music lover and passionate about rugby and horse riding, she balances precision with open-mindedness. Céline navigates financial reviews with calm and attention to detail. A true gourmet, she pairs lemon meringue tart with a late-harvest Riesling.

Positive and meticulous. Originally from Quimper, Françoise oversees administrative and financial management with precision and discretion from the Sainte-Colombe office. Versatile and responsive, she is a cornerstone of the team, with a deep knowledge of the company’s history. She enjoys a glass of Assyrtiko or Loire white wine alongside her famous Breton crêpes. Her kindness and attention to detail ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
